During his career, Miki has
cooked for many luminaries, from Jack Nicholson to Warren Beatty to
President Bill Clinton, and has been featured in Bon Appétit, the Los
Angeles Times, Los Angeles magazine, San Francisco Chronicle, and San
Francisco Herald-Examiner, as well as several books. A frequent
consultant to Hollywood filmmakers, Miki’s food has appeared in many
major motion pictures, including Something’s Gotta Give with Jack
Nicholson and Diane Keaton.
On those rare occasions when he’s not in the kitchen, the 37-year old
chef can be found engaged in a chess match, playing basketball or
attending an NBA game.
